We build bespoke homes from the ground up, tailored to the plot, the client’s lifestyle and the architectural, practical and energy needs of each project.
A bespoke home begins with listening. The plot’s orientation, its connection to the outdoors, natural light and everyday habits help us shape a coherent project. In Barcelona, Málaga and the Costa del Sol, we coordinate the different disciplines so architecture, services and finishes all reflect the same vision.
Layouts and spaces shaped around your real needs, both now and in the future.
We assess orientation, views, access and the site’s surroundings before deciding how the home will sit on the land.
We select solutions that balance character, maintenance and durability.
We plan the services from the design stage so technology sits naturally alongside the architecture.
We first address the home’s energy demand: its envelope, solar protection and ventilation.
We coordinate decisions, trades and execution with a joined-up perspective.
